The journey begins in Somport, where the weather fluctuates between partly cloudy skies and moderate rain showers. Temperatures vary, with highs peaking at 24°C and lows dropping to as low as 2°C. As pilgrims advance to Jaca, the weather remains mostly partly cloudy with occasional rain, including a day of heavy rainfall recorded at 58 mm. Highs reach up to 23°C while the nights cool down to 0°C.
Continuing to Arrés, the weather improves with many sunny days although occasional heavy rain and even snow showers are encountered. Temperatures reach up to 21°C, while lows can fall to -2°C. In Ruesta, the weather includes sunny and partly cloudy days interspersed with heavy rain showers, reaching highs of 20°C.
As the path leads to Sangüesa, dry conditions prevail with clear skies, occasional clouds, and hardly any rain, witnessing highs of 28°C and milder lows. Arriving in Monreal, the weather is predominantly clear, although occasional patches of rain are possible, with temperatures peaking at 29°C.
In the final stretch to Puente la Reina, the climate is generally stable with mostly clear skies and sporadic light rain towards the end of the journey. Highs remain around 29°C and lows are more moderate, making it a comfortable finish to the trek.
