This app helps you get an idea of what kind of weather you can expect when walking the Camino de Santiago. Pick a Camino, pick your start and end points, and pick the dates you want to want to walk it.
The app then gives you an overview of what weather was like over the course of that Camino over the past fifteen years (2009-2023), along with the exact historical data that the report is based on.
The forecast that this app generates does not account for climate change, on the grounds that I don't know how to do that. But, if there's anything I can add to the app that would help you in assessing any long-term trends for yourself, please let me know.
This is a very new project, and I'm looking for ways to make it more useful for future pilgrims. I know there aren't very many features right now, but good news! I'm taking requests. So if there's anything you'd like to see here, be sure to leave some feedback for me once you're done.
