Occitanie

Starting in Arles, the month generally fluctuates between sunny stretches and occasional rain, with temperatures ranging from the high teens to low 30s °C. As you move through Saint-Gilles and Gallargues-le-Montueux, expect similar sunny periods intermingled with few rainy days.

Continuing towards Vendargues, sunny weather prevails, though brief rain showers occur intermittently. Entering Montpellier, the stretch remains predominantly sunny, but expect light drizzle towards the end.

In Montarnaud and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, moderate to heavy rain showers disrupt otherwise clear days. Further along in Saint-Jean-de-la-Blaquière and Lodève, the weather follows a similar pattern, sunny with sporadic heavy rain.

In Lunas, a mix of sun and rain showers carries on, persisting through Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare to Murat-sur-Vèbre as well. With few light showers, La Salvetat-sur-Agout stays mostly sunny.

Approaching the trail’s further parts, from Anglès through to Avignonet-Lauragais, expect alternating rainy and sunny days, but with a steady increase in showers.

In the final stretches within Occitanie, towards Baziège and into Toulouse, weather steadies with more bursts of sun than rain.

Nouvelle-Aquitaine

From Vidouze, sunny days carve the path. Weather remains largely clear with a few partly cloudy instances till Morlaàs. As you head into Lescar, moderate rain showers make brief appearances.

From Oloron-Sainte-Marie onward, there’s an increase in overcast conditions and rainfall. While Sarrance stays moderately sunny, as you reach Borce and Somport, expect heavier rain showers interspersed with sunny spells, marking a damp conclusion to this region's progression.
