If you are planning to walk the Camino de Baztan, you will go through different types of landscapes in several regions. Each has its own kind of weather.
Starting in the French area of Nouvelle-Aquitaine moving into Aquitaine, expect a mix of sun and cloud. There might be some rain, from light drizzles to heavy showers. This area usually has warm days with an average high of 23°C and cooler nights with 17°C. So bring clothes that you can layer and rain-proof stuff. Even though heavy rain might happen sometimes, the overall rain amount is relatively low - about 1.7 mm on average.
When you move onto the region of Pyrénées-Atlantiques in Spain, there will still be a mix of sun and cloud. The temperature doesn't change much with highs around 23-24°C and lows of 16-17°C. But there might be more rain here, about 2 to 3 mm on average, and some places might see heavier rain sometimes.
Finally, you will arrive in the region of Navarre. Your journey ends here. This place might be warmer with a high around 26°C and cooler nights about 13°C. The sky should be partly cloudy to clear. Rain becomes less common, only about 0.2 to 0.4 mm on average.
