Umbria

From Norcia, July brings alternating clear and overcast spells, with highs around 22–35°C and nights near 14–23°C; light rain appears on some days, generally 0–7 mm. Continuing to Cascia, days stay warm at 22–35°C with 13–22°C nights, and showers remain sporadic, sometimes reaching 12 mm before clearing. Climbing toward Monteleone di Spoleto, temperatures ease to 21–33°C with 12–19°C nights, and cloudier intervals produce occasional moderate rain up to 14 mm amid long sunny stretches.

Lazio

Entering Lazio at Leonessa, expect mixed cloud and sun with cooler mountain highs of 20–33°C and 13–19°C nights; brief showers are common, with a few heavy falls near 13 mm. Descending through Poggio Bustone to Rieti, heat builds to 26–36°C with 13–20°C nights; showers are sporadic, mostly 1–3 mm, though a local burst near Poggio Bustone can reach about 14 mm. Beyond Rieti through Rocca Sinibalda and Castel di Tora, warm and mainly clear weather prevails at 26–35°C; passing showers are infrequent, but a wet spell can bring about 11 mm before the sun returns.

Across Orvinio and on toward Mandela, days run 20–35°C with 12–22°C nights, generally sunny with occasional light rain of 1–3 mm and a few heavier bursts near 10 mm. Around Subiaco and Trevi nel Lazio, highs of 22–35°C meet fresh nights of 11–21°C; sunshine dominates between brief showers that locally total 4–7 mm.

From Collepardo to Casamari and Arpino, the pattern stays hot and bright with highs of 19–36°C, interrupted by showers that can deliver 5–16 mm. Approaching Roccasecca and Montecassino, heat peaks at 23–38°C with nights 11–23°C; most days are clear or partly cloudy, although an isolated day can bring around 10–13 mm before rapid clearing.
