Weather forecast for the Camino Catalán in July

The walk on the Camino Catalán route goes through different landscapes and weather. It starts in Montserrat near the coast and ends in Arrés in the Pyrenees mountains.

At the start, in Montserrat, Igualada, and La Panadella, the weather is typical of the Mediterranean - warm and sunny with temperatures around 28-30°C. But, it might rain sometimes.

As you go further through Tàrrega, Linyola, and Algerri, it might get hotter, up to 33-34°C. Here, it’s often sunny but heavy rains are also common, especially near Algerri.

In Huesca province, including Tamarite de Litera and Monzón, the weather mixes up with sun, clouds, and different levels of rain. Despite this, temperatures stay quite steady - lows of around 18-20°C and highs in low 30s.

When you reach Santa Cilia, near the start of the Pyrenees mountain, it gets cooler with highs of around 20-23°C and lows of 10-11°C. Sunny days can mix with cloudy ones, and there might be brief to moderate rain showers.
