From the start near Tralee, days are cold to cool, and skies tend to stay leaden. Low cloud and mist give way to drizzle that often builds to light or moderate rain as you climb toward the pass to Camp. Short clearer slots are possible between bands of cloud, but a wintry mix of sleet or a brief snow flurry can appear on higher ground.

Dropping toward Annascaul and on to Dingle, the pattern stays changeable. Overcast conditions dominate with frequent light drizzle and occasional heavier showers sweeping through. Brighter breaks occur, yet they are usually brief before the next batch of cloud arrives.

Along the western coast past Slea Head to Dunquin and around toward Feothanach, showers arrive off the ocean in pulses. Light rain and drizzle are common, with some spells turning steady or heavy for a time; there are also lulls that feel mostly dry. On exposed hills, a passing wintry shower is possible, though it tends to be short-lived.

Skirting Brandon Bay through Cloghane and Castlegregory, expect another mix of cloud, drizzle, and periods of steady rain. Occasional brighter windows open, but the overall tone stays grey and damp, with isolated snow flurries possible near higher ground. The final stretch back toward Tralee returns to the same unsettled mix before any longer settled spell takes hold.
