If you're walking from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela in Galicia in February, it tends to be cold but the weather can change. Temperatures usually fall between 2 to 12 degrees Celsius.
Rain happens a lot in these areas, it can be light or heavy. Arzúa tends to have more rain than elsewhere.
Going from Sarria to Portomarín, expect some rain, with short breaks of sunshine or just clouds. You'll also find this mixed weather through Palas de Rei.
When you get to Arzúa, there's a high chance of medium to heavy rain. This area has had freezing rain in the past.
Even though it's usually cold, it gets a bit warmer near O Pedrouzo, with likely light rain and mostly cloudy skies.
Finally, in Santiago de Compostela, expect more light rain, possibly heavy rain, and often cloudy or sunny weather.
