Massif Central

As the month progresses, the region sees some sunny breaks, though snow and rain remain regular visitors, especially around Saint-Chély-d'Aubrac where snow can fall moderately on certain days.

Later in the month, the weather continues to fluctuate with alternating spells of sun and overcast skies. The area around Meyrueis occasionally experiences heavy snowfalls, and rain showers are frequent at Col du Trébatut, where daily precipitation can exceed 30 mm. Towards the end of the month, sunny days become more frequent, although temperatures still drop below freezing during the nights.

Occitanie

Occitanie enjoys milder weather compared to the Massif Central, characterized by warmer temperatures and less frequent snowfall. Early March brings sunny days to Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, with temperatures reaching 20°C. Heavy rain bursts are rare at the start but become more likely towards the end of the month.
