The Camino Inglés is nice to visit in September due to its mostly good weather. The trail can be rainy sometimes, but it's usually sunny or partly cloudy.
When it comes to temperature, it's not too hot or too cold, which is good for walking. On average, the high temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius. But in places like Hospital de Bruma, it can be cooler. The low temperature can be around 15 degrees in Ferrol, or lower in places like Sigüeiro and Santiago de Compostela. So, overall, the weather is comfortable for the day and night.
Rain isn't very common, usually not more than a millimeter per day. This means there might be light rain sometimes, followed by dry periods. Still, be ready for the chance of heavier rain in some areas. But generally, the weather is good for most parts of the Camino Inglés during this time. You'll most likely experience a mix of sunny, cloudy, and possibly a few rainy days.
