If you're walking the Camino de Invierno, starting in Ponferrada and ending in Santiago de Compostela, you'll pass through different weather zones.

In the beginning, going from Ponferrada to Las Médulas and O Barco de Valdeorras, you'll mostly see sun, clouds, and some rain. The temperature is usually around 20°C, but can drop to 10°C. Average daily rain ranges from light to medium, with the most rain in O Barco de Valdeorras.

Next, you'll reach A Rúa de Valdeorras and Quiroga. Here, you'll see sunny days and occasional rain. Night temperatures in Quiroga are a bit warmer, usually about 14°C.

Passing through A Pobra do Brollón, Monforte de Lemos, and Chantada, temperatures will average in the low 20s°C, dropping to around 12°C at night. There can be heavy rain sometimes.
