The Vía Jacobi goes from the city of Konstanz to Genève, passing through many towns and villages. The weather usually changes a lot, with lots of sunny days and some rain, especially between Märstetten and Einsiedeln, and Brunnen to Buochs.
Temperatures usually range from 19°C to 26°C during the day and drop to between 11°C and 15°C at night. However, in towns like Einsiedeln, it can be cooler and in some places, night temperatures might even go down to around 5°C.
When you get closer to Genève, it gets hotter and there's more rain.
