On the Vía Jacobi in June, the weather changes as you go from Konstanz to Genève.
In Konstanz, the weather is mild, but you might get caught in a rain shower. As you reach places like Märstetten and Fischingen, it may get a bit warmer, with a high of around 22°C. You could see both rain and sun in these places and sometimes the rain might be heavy.
As you go further west to places like Gibswil, Rapperswil and Einsiedeln, you should expect even more rain. In Einsiedeln, it'll also be colder with a high of about 9°C and it might get as cold as 2°C.
Then as you reach Brunnen and Buochs, temperatures will be between 9 - 11°C and 20°C. It might still rain here, but probably not as much, and you'll likely see some sun.
The walk through Fribourg and Chavannes-sous-Orsonnens will be warmer, with a high of around 22°C. Here too, you can expect some rain, but also a lot of sun as you keep going to Lausanne, Saint-Prex and Gland.
On the last part, from Commugny to Genève, you'll get a mix of sun and rain. It isn't very cold here, with a low of about 12°C, and a high of about 23°C.
On the Vía Jacobi, be ready for the weather to change and for a wide range of temperatures. Expect some heavy rain now and then, even when the weather isn't that bad. There will be good sunny days too, but usually there is also some rain.
