In Alicante, you can usually expect sunshine and temperatures from 10°C to 17°C. However, there can be some cloudy weather. The next towns, Orito and Petrer, have a little more rain but still mild weather, with highs around 18°C and lows around 8°C.
The weather changes a bit in the areas of Villena and Caudete with a mix of sun, clouds, and rain. Here, temperatures usually are between 15°C and 7°C.
The route then goes into the region of Castilla–La Mancha, passing towns like Almansa and Alpera. Here, the weather is a bit colder, with temperatures from 13°C to 4°C. This part has many sunny or partly cloudy days, with some moderate to heavy rain sometimes.
Closer to the end of the route, around Atienza and northern Castile-La Mancha, the weather can be unpredictable. It can be sunny, cloudy, or rainy. The temperatures also get colder, nearing the freezing point.
Finally, the route ends in Burgos, where the temperatures can be between 13°C to 3°C. Here, it's often sunny but also might rain. Sometimes, it also may freeze.
