The Camino Lebaniego in northern Spain has different weather depending on the area. In June, it can be sunny and rainy, with temperatures from 9°C to 21°C.
The journey begins in San Vicente de la Barquera by the sea. Here, you will usually see more sunny days, but sometimes it rains. The temperatures are usually from 14°C to 20°C. As you go further to towns like Cades and Cicera, the weather might change a lot, but the temperature stays around the same.
The weather changes again when you reach the mountains, like in Potes, Espinama, and Portilla de la Reina. Here, you might see more rain and temperatures from 10°C to 19°C. Be prepared for a mix of sunshine and rain.
Your trip continues to places like Riaño, Crémenes, and Cistierna, in the middle of Spain. Here, you might see more sunny days, and temperatures from 9°C to 20°C.
Finally, in Mansilla de las Mulas, the weather gets a bit warmer with more sun and some rain. The temperatures can be between 10°C to 21°C. Despite sometimes being wet, the weather on the Camino Lebaniego is usually good for walking in June.
