The Camino de Levante route goes across several locations and you may face different types of weather during the journey. It starts in Valencia, where it's usually sunny with some clouds. Temperatures range from 16°C (pretty comfortable) to 8°C on average. Similar weather can be expected in the next few towns: Algemesí, Xativa, and Moixent. But, be ready for rain too. Temperatures stay about the same, but might drop a little, down to 6°C.
In Albacete and La Roda, which are further inland, weather remains mostly sunny, sometimes cloudy. Temperatures might drop a bit to 12°C, and can even reach 5°C.
When you get to San Clemente and continue to El Toboso and La Villa de Don Fadrique, the weather might change more, with a higher chance of heavier rain, and sometimes even snow. Temperatures stay about the same, with a low point of about 4°C.
The next part—from Toledo, through Escalona, up to San Martin de Valdeiglesias—still has plenty of sunshine, but there can also be cloudy days with more rain. Temperature stays about the same.
The final part of the journey, from Cebreros to Zamora, has a lot of sunny and partly cloudy days, but you're more likely to get caught in the rain, which might be quite heavy at times. It might even snow in Cebreros. Temperature starts to drop more, with the highest point being 10°C and lowest sometimes reaching 2°C. When you reach Zamora, expect a bit cooler weather, with high temperature of 10°C and low around 3°C.
So, the journey will mostly have sunny and partly cloudy weather, but you need to be prepared for rain as well, especially in the later part. Also, the temperature will gradually go down but it should stay fairly mild during the whole journey.
