The Camino del Piamonte has many kinds of weather because it passes through different types of places, like vineyards, hills, and big mountains. You might get wet from a little bit of rain or a heavy storm. When you are high up in the mountains, you might see snow.
At the start of the path in Narbonne and Carcassonne, the weather usually feels warm at about 13°C and might be sunny or cloudy with some rain from time to time. From there to Montréal, you'll see less rain but sometimes a heavy storm might happen.
Going on to Fanjeaux, Mirepoix, and Pamier, you might find colder weather and it could even snow or freezeing rain because you'll be at higher elevations. The temperature might drop down to around 0°C.
The cold weather will go on in the mountains of Castillon-en-Couserans and Portet-d'Aspet where it could get between -2°C and 5°C. Freezing rain and snow are common.
Near the end of the trail, from Saint-Pé-de-Bigorre to Bruges, the weather gets warmer. There will be sun and sometimes rain and the temperature usually ranges between 11°C and 15°C.
The weather can change throughout each day, so you might see sun, clouds, and rain all in the same day. Even at the final part in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, it could still rain, but there will also be cloudy and sunny days.
