Moving to Alpriate, similar weather patterns continue, with alternating sunny and rainy spells and highs peaking at 20°C.
In Santarém, the weather shows a mix of overcast skies and sunny intervals. High temperatures remain between 11°C and 19°C. Rain is frequent but not as intense, providing some balance between dry and wet days. Golegã experiences similar conditions, where periods of sunshine are often followed by showers.
Tomar begins with mild sun and occasional rain, with temperatures peaking at 15°C. As you travel through Alvaiázere and Alvorge, the rain becomes more frequent, and days can be overcast with substantial periods of sunshine. Coimbra and its surroundings experience moderate temperatures with alternating rain and sun, particularly towards mid-February.
The northern region sees more pronounced variations. Starting in Barcelos, the weather can be sunny, but rain is a recurrent presence. As you reach Ponte de Lima, the highs touch 20°C, but heavy rain days are not uncommon. Rubiães shows significant rainfall with some sunny escape days.
Crossing into Galicia, Tui experiences both showers and sun, while Redondela has a mix of heavy rain interspersed with brief sunny spells. As the trail progresses to Santiago de Compostela, the weather is marked by a combination of cloudy skies and occasional sunshine, with notable rainfall on some days. Highs remain around 20°C in sunnier periods.
