On your trip along the Camino Portugués de la Costa, you will see both sunny and cloudy days, with some light to moderate rain. You will start in Porto, a city in northern Portugal, and head north through several seaside towns like Labruge, Póvoa de Varzim, and Viana do Castelo. There will be mostly sunny weather but also some rain.
When you travel into the green Minho area, you will see similar weather conditions, maybe a bit more rain. Temperatures in towns like Caminha and Porto Mougás are usually between the mid-teens and mid-20s.
Your journey continues into Galicia, Spain, through A Ramallosa, with sunny days and some rain. The weather is much like in Minho. You'll pass through the cities like Vigo, Redondela, and Pontevedra. Here, daily temperatures are usually in the mid-20s, with cooler nights in the mid-teens.
Towards the end of your journey, in places like Caldas de Reis and Padrón, the weather will be similar but a touch cooler. The sky will be more cloudy, so you know you’re getting close to Santiago de Compostela.
Once you've reached Santiago de Compostela, expect sun, clouds, and some patchy rain. The high temperature here is usually in the mid-20s, while the low is in the mid-teens, which means moderate weather for the end of your trip along the Camino Portugués de la Costa. Remember, the weather on this trip is mostly mild but be ready for occasional rain showers.
