The weather on the Camino Portugués Interior path changes depending on where you are, and it gets colder as you move towards the north from Lisboa. Usually, the temperature is between 25 and 32 degrees Celsius during the day. In the north, the night temperature might drop to around 13 to 15 degrees Celsius.

In the starting cities like Lisboa and Alpriate, the weather is usually sunny. Sometimes, there might be some rain, and the sky can become partly cloudy. The sunny weather continues in the next cities like Vila Franca de Xira, Azambuja, and Santarém. However, sometimes, there will be clouds and slight rain.

The situation doesn't change much in the cities of Golegã, Tomar, and Alvaiázere, where sunny days are still more common. But there can also be a little bit of rain sometimes.

For the cities of Alvorge, Cernache, and Coimbra, most days are sunny. But there can be cloudy days as well, and a bit of rain might fall. This mix of weather conditions continues to be the same in Penacova and Mortágua, but there might be more rain here.

Further into the trail, in cities like Tondela, Viseu, Almargem, and Ribolhos, it is usually sunny. However, there might be heavy rain sometimes. The chance of heavy rain increases as you move towards the north through Bigorne, Lamego, Santa Marta de Penaguião, and Vila Real.

Near the end of the trail, in cities like Vila Pouca de Aguiar, Vidago, Chaves, and Verín, the weather is mixed. You might get sunny days or cloudy days, and there might also be rain sometimes. The weather stays mostly sunny or a bit cloudy in Spain, in places like Viladerrei, Xinzo de Limia, and Allariz. However, there can be more rain here.

Right at the end of the trail, in Ourense, Cea, O Castro, Silleda, Outeiro, and Santiago de Compostela, the weather is a mix of everything. It could be sunny, cloudy, or rainy. You can expect more rain in these cities.

So, on this trail, plan for warm weather, mostly sunny or partly cloudy days, and some days of rain, especially in the north.
