Veneto

In Padua, skies fluctuate from overcast and drizzle to sunny breaks, with highs from 24–37°C and nights 15–22°C; brief showers reach up to 8 mm. Through Monselice, heat intensifies with peaks around 32–38°C and isolated showers or drizzle delivering 1–6 mm. Crossing Rovigo, mixed cloud and sun is interrupted by showers and storms, with totals around 4–13 mm and highs 25–34°C. Near Polesella, similar heat persists, and a thunderstorm can drop about 19 mm before clearer, warm conditions return.

Emilia-Romagna

Ferrara starts variable, with warm sunny spells and rain episodes around 3–11 mm, highs 28–35°C. Through Traghetto and Anita, brief storms (up to 21 mm) alternate with hot, mostly clear days reaching 31–37°C. Along the coast from Casal Borsetti to Ravenna, it stays warm (26–34°C) with light showers at times, though Ravenna can see a heavy burst near 28 mm. Turning inland to Forli and into the Apennines via Cusercoli, Santa Sofia, and Bagno di Romagna, showers and storms recur (3–21 mm) while temperatures ease in the hills to roughly 20–31°C, with warmer interludes up to 36°C.

Tuscany

Crossing into Tuscany at Corezzo, conditions swing between partly cloudy and showery, with occasional moderate rain near 11 mm and highs 20–29°C. Through Chitignano and Subbiano, scattered storms bring 4–13 mm on the wettest days, but many days are dry and very warm, reaching 30–35°C. Around Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino, sunshine dominates with only brief drizzle early on; heat intensifies to 35–37°C. Approaching Cortona, it stays mostly dry and hot, with an isolated shower around 8 mm possible and nights near 15–22°C.

Umbria

Across the Trasimeno hills from Pozzuolo to Paciano, hot, bright spells (31–36°C) are punctuated by storms dropping about 10–12 mm. At Citta della Pieve, brief drizzle or a moderate shower around 5 mm can pass, but many days surge to 32–38°C with clear skies. Moving through Ficulle, an early wet day near 10 mm gives way to settled warmth in the mid 30s. Orvieto finishes the segment hot and largely sunny, though a single heavy outbreak can deliver roughly 23 mm before quick clearing.

Lazio

Through Lubriano and Montefiascone, warm to hot days (28–33°C, locally 36°C) mix sun with occasional light showers, totals generally under 9 mm. Viterbo then sees the month’s sharpest storm risk, with a possible deluge near 46 mm amid otherwise hot, sunny spells. From Vetralla to Sutri and Campagnano di Roma, isolated thunderstorms can drop 18–27 mm, followed by strong heat of 31–37°C, briefly up to 39°C. Into La Storta and Rome, the pattern turns mostly dry and very hot, with highs 32–38°C and warm nights around 20–24°C under mainly clear skies.
