Veneto

From Padua to Monselice, days vary between overcast and sunny breaks. Highs fluctuate from 17–28°C with nights near 11–16°C; drizzle and light rain are frequent. Short, vigorous bursts can bring around 35–42 mm in a day.

Continuing through Rovigo and Polesella, skies stay changeable with long overcast stretches and intermittent light to moderate rain. Highs range 16–29°C with lows 10–15°C. Downpours near Rovigo can reach about 41 mm, while Polesella typically sees lighter totals near 11 mm, with occasional clear intervals.

Emilia-Romagna

Across Ferrara, Traghetto, Anita, Casal Borsetti, and Ravenna, the lowlands and coast see many overcast days mixed with drizzle, light rain, and some sunny spells. Afternoons reach 17–29°C with nights 8–17°C. The wettest bursts around Traghetto and Anita can deliver roughly 28–32 mm in a day.

Turning inland through Forli and Cusercoli, cloud and drizzle remain common with occasional moderate rain. Highs run 14–27°C and lows 6–17°C. Individual days can drop 25 mm at Forli and about 17 mm at Cusercoli before skies brighten again.

Climbing into Santa Sofia and Bagno di Romagna, temperatures cool to 8–24°C by day and 3–16°C at night. Showers become more persistent, with several moderate to heavy falls of 16–21 mm. Between systems, calmer overcast periods and brief clear windows appear.

Tuscany

Around Corezzo and Chitignano, October often brings frequent overcast with drizzle, punctuated by moderate to heavy rain. Daytime highs range 8–24°C and nights 2–15°C. Single events commonly reach 12–23 mm, followed by mainly clear breaks.

Across Subbiano, Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, and Cortona, skies swing between overcast and sunny. Highs sit near 12–25°C with lows 3–16°C. Most rain falls as drizzle or light showers, but heavier pulses can total about 29 mm near Castiglion Fiorentino and up to 15 mm around Cortona.

Umbria

Through Pozzuolo, Paciano, and Citta della Pieve, overcast conditions are frequent with regular drizzle and occasional moderate rain. Afternoon temperatures reach 12–25°C, with nights 6–16°C. Heavier days can produce about 14–22 mm before partly cloudy intervals return.

From Ficulle to Orvieto, changeable skies alternate dry spells with showers. Highs range 16–25°C and lows 5–15°C. Peak daily totals reach roughly 17 mm at Ficulle and 20 mm at Orvieto amid periods of sunshine.

Lazio

Entering Lazio via Lubriano and Montefiascone, the pattern stays unsettled with long overcast stretches, light drizzle, and clear interludes. Highs run 12–22°C, lows 6–15°C. Downpours intensify here, with about 27–36 mm possible near Montefiascone and lighter but notable falls near 13 mm around Lubriano.

Across Viterbo, Vetralla, and Sutri, volatility peaks: many cloudy days punctuated by powerful storms. Highs reach 16–25°C with lows 5–15°C. Single events can drop around 21 mm at Viterbo, an exceptional 93 mm near Vetralla, and roughly 80 mm near Sutri.

Approaching Rome through Campagnano di Roma and La Storta into the city, conditions oscillate between overcast, drizzle, and bright, dry spells. Typical highs are 16–24°C, with nights 3–15°C. Several stormy days bring 35–81 mm, followed by calmer periods with mainly clear or partly cloudy skies.
