The weather on the Camino del Salvador varies a lot in October - it can be sunny or very rainy.
The start of the trail is in the city of León where weather is generally good with few strong rain showers. Comfortable average temperatures are around 21°C (high) and 10°C (low).
Further on the trail, towards La Robla and Poladura de la Tercia, the weather is similar but it can rain more often. The average temperatures dip a little to about 19°C (high) and 9°C (low).
Going up north through Pajares to Pola de Lena and Mieres, it's likely to rain more. There'll be heavy rain and many showers. Temperatures are about the same as before, with highs of around 19°C and lows close to 11°C.
The end of the trail, near Oviedo, has a mix of weather - sun, light rain, and partly cloudy. Temperatures remain mild, around 20°C for highs and 11°C for lows, and there's not too much rainfall.
To sum up, if you're planning to hike this trail, be ready for all kinds of weather, from clear skies to heavy rain. The temperature generally goes from a high of about 20-21°C to a low of around 10-11°C.
