On the Camino del Sureste, you'll usually see sunny weather with occasional clouds. Rain can also happen, from light rain to heavy showers. The chance of rain rises in the middle of the trip around Yecla, then drops towards the end.
The weather is usuall moderate in this region. The start of the trip in Alicante will have around 18-19°C. As you move towards Yecla and Pétrola, it can drop to 17°C. The lowest temperatures fall more, from 12°C in Alicante to 6°C at the end in Albacete.
Rainfall is usually low at the start, increases around Yecla, then goes low again by the end. Expect less than a millimeter of rain a day at the start, maybe up to 4 millimeters in the middle, and less than a millimeter by the end.
In short, while this trip usually has good, sunny weather, it can change. Be ready for rain and lower temperatures, especially in the middle and end of the trip.
