As one progresses towards Schoolhouse Bay Campsite and Endeavour Inlet, sunny days become interspersed with patchy or heavy rain, leading to a mixture of clear and overcast skies. At Camp Bay Campsite and Bay Of Many Coves Campsite, there is notable heavy rain at intervals alongside sunny conditions, with highs reaching around 15°C. From Torea Bay to Anakiwa, the patchy rain continues with sunny breaks, maintaining a similar temperature range.
Moving towards Havelock and Canvastown, heavy rain is common, with frequent moderate showers separating the sunnier periods.
