Starting in January, Vézelay can have different weather patterns. Some days might have rain, from light showers to heavy storms. The temperature can be as high as 7°C and as low as 2°C, so dress warm.
Next are Anthien and Saint-Révérien. The weather is mostly the same, with lots of cloudy days. It can rain a bit more, though.
When you get to Prémery and Nevers, expect cloudy weather with some sun and possible rain. At night, it might get as cold as 1°C, so bring warm clothes.
The travel from Saint-Pierre-le-Moûtier to Lurcy-Lévis has more cloud and possible heavy rain. The weather is cool, with temperatures from 5°C to 7°C in the day and around 1°C at night.
Going through Ainay-le-Château to Saint-Amand-Montrond, you'll see a small rise in temperature to about 7°C. Here, you might get rain, but there can also be sunny days, light rain, and cloudy days.
The path to La Châtre and Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre is cold with temperatures from 0-2°C, going up to 6-8°C. It can be sunny, cloudy, and rainy.
From Gargilesse to La Souterraine, the weather is mild with temperatures up to 8°C and down to 0-3°C. There can be light rain and snow, sun, and partly cloudy.
Passing by Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat and Limoges, temperatures remain the same with a chance of moderate to heavy rain and snow. But some days are sunny.
Lastly, from Les Cars to Orthez weather is milder, with temperatures between 6-11°C in the day and 1-4°C at night. It might still rain.
In the last part of your trip, through Sauveterre-de-Béarn, Ostabat, and finally Bergerac, days get a bit warmer, with temperatures around 9-11°C. Expect a mix of sun, partly cloudy weather, and possibly rain.
