Starting from Vézelay to Roquefort, autumn weather is usually mild. Daytime temperatures are between 14-20°C and at night it's about 7-11°C. You'll see lots of sunny days and some clouds, with occasional rain, especially near Prémery and Nevers.
When you go through Auros, Bazas, and get to Captieux, you might get different types of rain, even thunderstorms. Temperatures start to get a bit colder, around 15-16°C.
After Mont-de-Marsan, the weather changes a lot. There's a big chance for rain, especially near Saint-Sever and Hagetmau. The weather gets a bit colder as you go on.
The last parts of the trip through Orthez and Ostabat have a lot of rain with some sunny days. Daytime temperatures are around 14-16°C and at night it cools down to 9-11°C. Be ready for this kind of weather if you're traveling during this time.
