Near Leipzig and Kleinliebenau the weather stays very changeable, with quick warm-ups followed by passing showers or brief wet snow; temperatures often sit in the single digits to low teens Celsius.
From Merseburg into the Saale–Unstrut valley at Freyburg and Roßbach, overcast skies are common, with light showers or drizzle on many days and dry intervals between fronts.
