Saxony

From the eastern start, days swing between bright and overcast, with scattered drizzle around the first stretches. Short showers mix with longer dry spells, and a brief cold snap can throw in wet flurries. When the sun breaks through it feels springlike, but evenings cool fast.

Through St. Marienstern, Königsbrück and Schönfeld the pattern stays changeable: cloud builds, spits of rain come and go, then skies open for a few clear hours. One or two passages bring steadier rain, but many hours stay dry. Temperatures range from chilly mornings near freezing to mild afternoons in the mid‑teens, with occasional warm spikes.

From Strehla toward Leipzig and Kleinliebenau, overcast skies alternate with sunny breaks. Light rain or drizzle appears on several days, with the odd heavier pulse, yet entire days can pass with only brief showers. A warmer window is possible before cooler air returns.

Saxony-Anhalt

Crossing into Merseburg and Freyburg, the mix continues: plenty of cloud, regular light showers, and some brighter intervals. Colder bursts can bring sleet or a short-lived snow flurry, though conditions tend to stay wet rather than snowy.

Around Roßbach and up to Eckartsberga the showers sometimes organize into a soaking spell, then break back to dry, grey hours or patchy sun. Temperatures generally run from chilly starts to mild afternoons, with brief warmer surges on the best days.

Thuringia

Into Stedten am Ettersberg and Erfurt, the weather stays lively: on‑and‑off light rain punctuated by longer dry windows. A few days turn properly wet, and a sharp cold snap can swap rain for wet snow for a time before milder air returns.

Between Gotha and Hastrungsfeld, skies vary from overcast to clear, and showers remain intermittent. Temperatures span chilly mornings to mostly mild afternoons, with occasional warm, almost summery bursts.

Westward through Eisenach, Oberellen and Vacha, the pattern holds: many dry stretches, then quick showers, and now and then a heavier band of rain. Another brief cold spell can still bring sleet or a wet flurry, but it passes quickly.
