Saxony

Starting in eastern Saxony around Görlitz and Bautzen, the weather is changeable, flipping between overcast skies, light drizzle, and brighter breaks, with the odd spell of steady rain. Moving west through St. Marienstern, Königsbrück and Großenhain toward the Elbe, dry windows become longer between passing showers, though a short heavy downpour can still arrive. Approaching Leipzig and Kleinliebenau, expect the same on-off pattern: mostly dry stretches punctuated by light rain or drizzle under stubborn cloud. Daytime temperatures sit mostly in the high teens to mid-20s °C, and nights are cool to mild.

Saxony-Anhalt

Across Saxony-Anhalt from Merseburg through Freyburg and Roßbach to Eckartsberga, many days start grey with light drizzle before lifting into brighter spells. Showers still pass through, and at times a more persistent band of rain sets in for several hours, but long dry periods also appear. Temperatures typically range from the mid-teens to mid-20s °C. When the cloud thickens it feels cool; in sunshine it warms nicely.

Thuringia

Entering Thuringia via Stedten am Ettersberg and Erfurt and continuing west through Gotha and Eisenach to Vacha, conditions trend a little cooler and cloudier. Light drizzle is frequent, with occasional days of steady rain and the odd heavier burst toward the western end, yet clear, pleasant interludes still appear around Eisenach. Most afternoons land in the mid-teens to low-20s °C, with noticeably cool nights. Skies often stay overcast for stretches, but breaks do open between passing showers.
