Starting at São Torpes and going south to places like Porto Covo, Vila Nova de Milfontes and Almograve, the temperatures are usually around 20 degrees Celsius during the day and drop to between 13-14 degrees at night. The weather can change from sunny to cloudy, but there's only usually a bit of rain.
As you continue on the trail, towards places like Zambujeira do Mar, Odeceixe, Aljezur, and Arrifana, the temperatures stay about the same. There's a bit more chance of rain in these places.
When you get to Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, and Sagres, the temperature changes a bit - it might get down to 19 degrees during the day. It's also a bit more likely to rain here and the sky may be often cloudy.
At the end of the journey, in places like Salema, Luz, and Lagos, the temperature might go up slightly, to between 21-23 degrees during the day and around 16 degrees at night. It's usually sunny, but there might be a bit of rain.
