South Tyrol

From Lago di Braies into the Fanes–Sennes country, days swing between sunny openings and quick-moving showers. Climbing to Rifugio Biella it turns notably cooler and breezier on exposed ground, with frequent drizzle or steady rain, punctuated by a few heavier bursts. Crossing toward the Fanes basin, warm sunshine returns between showers, but afternoon thunder is a recurring risk. Daytime temperatures sit mostly in the teens to low 20s Celsius, with cool, sometimes cold, nights at altitude.

Belluno

High on Lagazuoi and Nuvolau, conditions stay changeable: low cloud or mist in the morning lifting to brighter spells, then renewed showers or thunderstorms. During passing fronts the air can feel briefly wintry on the highest crests, with a chance of sleet or a few flakes; otherwise it’s breezy and cool. Traversing toward Città di Fiume and Coldai, a familiar cycle sets in—clearer starts, cloud building by midday, and scattered showers later, occasionally heavy. Overall, daytime temperatures sit mostly in the teens Celsius on the ridges, becoming milder as you drop toward the forests.

Continuing south through Vazzoler and Bruto Carestiato to the quieter Pramper area, the pattern remains mixed, but dry windows lengthen after fronts pass. Afternoon thunder remains possible, yet there are also stretches of fair weather with long views. Approaching Pian de Fontana and descending to La Pissa, the air turns warmer and more humid, and showers can be locally intense before clearing overnight.
