Murcia

Starting in Lorca, the journey often begins under the hot sun with highs reaching up to 41°C, though moderate rain occurs occasionally, providing brief relief. Zarcilla de Ramos maintains the sunny disposition, with temperatures consistently hovering around 37°C.

As trekkers move through La Encarnación and Moratalla, clear sunny days prevail, with peaks around 36°C. Rain is sparse, with only occasional patchy clouds breaking the sunshine.

Castilla-La Mancha

In Socovos, the temperatures frequently soar to 38°C, with rare but heavy rain showers punctuating the sunny days. Elche de la Sierra shares this pattern, with a brief mid-month stint of moderate rain.

Travelling through Riópar to Vianos, the weather narrative is consistent – largely sunny with sporadic rain showers, and temperatures peaking at 37°C. Viveros continues this mixed weather pattern, alternating between sun-soaked skies and moderate rainfall.
