If you're walking the Ruta del Padre Sarmiento, you'll see a mix of weather. Usually, it is warm and nice with temperatures in the low to mid-20s°C during the day, and it can cool down to the teens at night.
In the coastal cities of Pontevedra, Sanxenxo, and O Grove, you'll mostly have sun, but sometimes there will be moderate to heavy rain showers. Rain is common here and can add between 2.7 to 10.2mm of water each day.
When you move further in your trip to places like Cambados and A Illa de Arousa, you'll have more sunny weather. But, you might also find some rain and clouds here, too. The temperatures during the day stay the same, but it might get a bit warmer at night.
Vilanova de Arousa and Vilagacía de Arousa have similar weather. There's a lot of sun, some clouds, and sometimes moderate to heavy rain showers. There is a bit more rain in these places.
Finally, when you get to the cities of Padrón and Santiago de Compostela, it can get slightly cooler, with highs in the lower 20°C and lows around 10°C. Here it may be more cloudy, but you'll still see the sun quite a bit. The rain decreases in this part, on average you'll get about 1.1 to 1.4mm of rain each day.
